| Campaigners have condemned a health watchdog's final decision not to recommend a new drug for severe rheumatoid arthritis for NHS use.The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, said abatacept was not good value for money. The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society, whose appeal was rejected, described the decision as "short sighted and perverse".
