We've all had them, those moments when we wish we
could become 'invisible' after saying or doing something
we wish we hadn't. Embarassed Share your 'blushing moments' here
and we promise we won't laugh. 24.gif

Okay promise???????

Well I had one this morning.
I was having some problems on my board and forgot I had some sausages on boiling to make curried sausages for tea.

I could smell this really nice smell wafting up the hallway and asked my husband what he was cooking Razz and he said its the sausages you put on earlier.

So I rushed out and sure enough the pot was boiled dry, so as his brother who lives here with us was sleeping as he is on night shift, I quickly mixed up the onions and curry to camoflauge the burn smell and told my husband to quickly clean the pot Razz and not to say anything to Darryl cause he would get mad at me.

Now he is threatening to tell anyway, but they wont notice with the curry........how embarrassing.
Now my husband is telling me we all get dementia sometime in our lives.

Oh Maggie, Laughing
I do hope your Colin doesn't show this thread to Darryl.
He may have said he won't 'say' anything, but I bet he
never said anything about not 'showing' Darryl what you
put here.

Perhaps he's speaking from 'experience' Maggie Laughing

Hope you managed to save your pan.

Oh and hope the meal went down well, despite
your little 'mishap'. hotmeal eat

Its not a domestic......all went well.
And maybe he has dementia - I keep telling him cause he is always going up the beach to rough it, that he is getting seaweed between his ears.

He didnt say a word and in fact they both commented on how good they were.......I dont like curry so I didnt have to have any.

But no chance they will read what I put in here......they dont come in anyway.

This is my little thing on my own...... scratch
